Successful Recruit your Employer career event

On June 22nd KeyGene organized a special career event: Recruit your Employer. The goal of this event was to give attendees the opportunity to find out if KeyGene could fit in their future career. More than 130 people from all over the world registered to be part of the event: 80 offline in Wageningen, the Netherlands and 50 online (WebEx). Besides an inspiring program with round table sessions, speed dates and networking breaks, three speakers from different fields of interest were invited.

Jesse van Doren (23), a growth hacker from the Netherlands, gave a presentation about how to use social media to build your career.

‘Where do I fit most?’ wat the title of the presentation of Raymond Hulzink, researcher at KeyGene. He highlighted the differences between working in academia and industry.

Lastly, Nicola Bonzanni, founder of Enpicom, shared in his story the route he went from young researcher to the launch of his startup company.
